Client Profile
The Algerian School of Magistrates is a public institution where the future judges, public prosecutors and practicing magistrates are trained. The institution was established in 2004 but the school original start and the first batch of magistrate students can be traced back to 1990. A new extension of the school located in the city of Kolea in Tipaza Province opened in 2018.
It occupies a huge 120,500 m² of built area with a campus inside and is equipped with more then 1,000 teaching places, a block of accommodation, language labs, a library, a courtroom for the future judges’ practical classes, a lecture hall conference and other ancillary services including four restaurants and sports facilities.
Challenges
The main challenge was to deploy a new and affordable phone system in the campus, the administration building and the reception block before opening. This communication system had to allow for the easy handling of today’s needs while offering scalability for tomorrow and be provided by a single vendor to maximize government funding for the benefit of students
