- 4 tbspOlive Oil
- 0.33 cupGrated Onion
- 5Garlic Cloves
- As desired Salt and Pepper
- 2 poundsLamb Meat
- 1.5 tbspCoriander
- 0.5 tspCumin
- 1.5 tspCinnamon
- 1 tspAllspice
- 0.5 tspCayenne Pepper
- 0.5 tspGinger
- 1 cupTomato Can
- 1 cupVegetable Stock
TOPPING:
- 3 tbspParsley (chopped)
- 1 tbspMinced Fresh Mint
Steps
STEP 1
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium to high fire.
STEP 2
Add the onion and garlic and cook until they have a little brown color. Set aside.
STEP 3
Put the ground meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper and the spices. Mix well and with your hand make small balls.
STEP 4
Het 2 tbsp oil in a big frying pan and fry the meat balls on all sides intil they are gloden brown.
STEP 5
Add the chopped tomatoes and the vegetable stock.
STEP 6
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes and stir several times with a wooden spoon.
STEP 7
Taste the sauce to see if you need to add more salt and pepper and serve with the yogurt sauce and the salad.
