DMC-FX01

The revolution that Panasonic brought to stylish compact cameras continued. In 2006, Panasonic introduced the DMC-FX01, the world’s smallest digital camera with a wide-angle 28mm lens (35mm camera equivalent: 28-102mm).* By using four aspherical lenses including one Extra High Refractive Index Lens, the DMC-FX01 gained a wide-angle capability and slim and compact body at the same time. Capable of capturing about 156% wider images than a standard 35mm lens, this camera broadened the breadth of photography, ranging from group photos at weddings, parties, etc. to pictures of architectures and monuments seen when traveling.
