Panasonic UK 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway
1. Panasonic UK 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway (hereafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is promoted by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH whose registered address is Maxis 2, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1RT, UK and the relevant brand as stated in the specific Giveaway section (the “Promoters”).
Eligibility
2. The Giveaway is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live) of the Promoters, its affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway.
3. The Giveaway Period starts at 09:00 on 1st December 2022 and closes 23:59 on 13th December 2022 (the “Giveaway Period”). Any entries made before or after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
Entry Process
4. During the Giveaway Period participants may enter as many of the Giveaway’s listed in Annex Aas they wish.
5. Entrants can enter each Giveaway as many times as they would like.
6. No purchases are required to take part in the Giveaways.
7. Incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered.
8. It is a condition of entry that participants agree to abide strictly by the rules of the Giveaway.
9. Entrants must adhere to Instagram Terms of Use which are available at Terms of Use • Instagram.
10. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
11. Participants may enter each Giveaway as many times as they would like.
12. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entries, and remove them immediately from the Promoters’ social media pages, if the Promoters consider such entries to be in bad faith, fraudulent, illegal or showing any illegal, immoral, lewd or disrespectful behaviour.
13. The Promoters reserves the right to exclude participants and withhold the prize for violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
14. The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or if entry was not possible due to technical difficulties.
Prizes
16. During the Giveaway Period there will be one winner per Giveaway and these winners will be announced at the end of each Giveaway as stated in the relevant Giveaway section below.
17. The winner will be announced on or before the dates specified in each specific Giveaway.
18. The Prizes will be the as stated in each specific Giveaway.
19. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. The prizes are also non-transferable.
20. The Prizes are only to be used by the winner of the Competition and cannot be provided to any other person.
21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prizes become unavailable.
22. Where relevant, Prizes will be delivered by commercial courier and will be received by the winner by the 28th day after they have accepted their prize. If unforeseen circumstances arise, or the Promotors cannot deliver the prize in this time period, the winner will receive the prize as soon as practically possible after this date.
Winner selection
23. The winner of each Giveaway will be selected at random.
24. Each winner will be announced on Instagram on the dates listed in the specific Giveaway sections below.
25.The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If a winner fails to acknowledge its prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualifying entries. Please, therefore ensure that you check your social media notifications/emails regularly on or before the Giveaway closing date to avoid any disappointment.
26.If it transpires a winner has not met the eligibility criteria, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualifying entries.
Privacy and Data Protection
27. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Regulation 2018) and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent unless to fulfil any requirements of the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway the participant provides consent for information be shared with the relevant joint promotor of the specific Giveaway they enter. General
28. The Participants grant a non-exclusive licence to the Promotor to use their entry for relevant marketing and promotional activities. This may include data which is provided in conjunction with this entry, for example, but not limited to, the Participants Instagram handle. By participating in this Giveaway, the winners also agrees to participate in any reasonable marketing and promotional activities required by the Promoter.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website.
30. These Terms and Conditions are the General Terms and Conditions for the 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway. The individual terms listed below will apply to specific Giveaways.
31. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
