Beetroot Hummus
Ingredients
- 3 (300-350g) Beets (sliced and oven baked at 180 degrees celsius for 30 min) (approx. 250g after cooking)
- 1 1/2 cup chickpeas (boiled, then chilled)
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2garlic cloves
- salt (to taste)
- 3 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 3 tbsplemon juice
- cold water (as desired)
- ice (as desired for texture)
Steps
STEP 1
Place all the ingridients in the blender starting with the chickpeas
STEP 2
Select speed 2 and blend until all the ingridients are blended well together
