One of the most famous billboards in Times Square, New York City, the Panasonic Astrovision has been a highlight of the world renowned landmark.
The 20mm screen measures 28' x 30' and was installed in 2000 and is jointly owned by News Corporation and Panasonic.
While it is a source of news and entertainment, it has also been used to broadcast New York City's Metropolitan Opera opening night Gala to an audience of over 1500 in the sqaure.
