| 2002 |
- Panasonic’s visiting engineers at Cablelabs made significant contributions to the standardization of OCAP and OCAP Extension specifications, and towards the development of OCAP Conformance Test Suites.
- Panasonic shipped the World’s first DVB-MHP compliant product.

- Collaborating with Comcast and Time Warner Cable, Panasonic demonstrated 2-way OCAP End-to-End Prototype System with Motorola and Scientific Atlanta headends at both the CES and NCTA trade events.

| 2004 |
- Panasonic achieved the world’s first download of an OCAP Monitor application using two-way CableCard at the CableLabs OCAP Interoperability Event.

| 2005 |
- Panasonic unveiled the world’s first OCAP-DVR prototype Set-Top Box at the NCTA Show with an OCAP version of iGuide, an Electronic Program Guide developed by GuideWorks.

| 2006 |
- Panasonic completed integration of OCAP, DOCSIS Set-Top Gateway, and CableCARD with the OCAP Network system.

| 2007 |
- Panasonic demonstrated both an OCAP Set-Top Box and an OCAP-enabled television built with different System Large Scale Integration (LSI) devices running identical OCAP Guide Applications and proved the maturity of its OCAP implementation.
- Panasonic delivered its advanced OCAP HD-DVR Set-Top Boxes to key customers for testing and development.
