1-Year Limited Warranty Extension: The 1-Year Limited Warranty Extension continues coverage in the same manner as the original limited warranty. Fans, lamps and batteries are not covered by this extension. Coverage is for one additional year or up to the following hours of use by model, whichever comes first.

2-Year Limited Warranty Extension: This 2-Year Limited Warranty Extension continues coverage in the same manner as the original limited warranty. Fans, lamps and batteries are not covered by this extension. Coverage is for two additional years or up to the following hours of use by model, whichever comes first.

Maintenance Program: The Maintenance Program offers an easy and cost-effective way to maintain your projector during both the original limited warranty and an extended limited warranty. It provides you with one fan replacement service and/or a replacement lamp, when needed, new filters, a mild cleaning and a complete system check when your projector is sent in to our National Service Center.

"No Hassle" Maintenance Program: The "No Hassle" Maintenance Program provides you with an easy, cost-effective and "no hassle" way to maintain your projector during both the original limited warranty and an extended limited warranty. This exclusive program is for eligible projectors that have built-in email notification functionality designed to maximize user uptime. This functionality provides Panasonic with information about the projector before it reaches a level where service is required so that your customer does not experience downtime. With the "No Hassle" Maintenance Program, the eligible projector will automatically generate emails to our service reps at prescribed intervals.

Zip-It Repair Program Extension: With the Zip-It Repair Program Extension, Panasonic will provide a loaner projector for eligible models, subject to availability, in the event that your projector is sent in to our National Service Center for repair. Just call our toll-free hotline at 888-411-1996 to confirm warranty coverage and request a loaner projector. After a few simple steps, the loaner projector is sent to you via mail.

Express Asset Loaner Service: Panasonic will store customer-owned projectors at a location designated by Panasonic to be used as loaner units for your customer's users when their projectors are sent in to our National Service Center for repair. The customer-owned projectors are stored separately and only used as loaners for that specific customer to provide a unit as needed.
